This is a design aid for working with images or Flash. It provides a floating, borderless viewer for popular image formats including GIF, BMP, JPG, DIB, WMF, EMF, ICO and CUR, and SWF Flash files, allowing you to open images and Flash files from your local disk or directly from an Internet URL. In addition, you can zoom, position the image or flash anywhere on the screen, or run it as a screen saver.
